| Abstract: | According to the assembly wrenching requirements of middle-sized double eccentric semi-ball valve,the vertical assembly machine is designed to assemble semi-ball valve.In the assembly process,by changing the two transmission chains,with small torque,it can fast proceed at the early assembly.At the middle of assembly,it proceeds at low speed with large torque.The impact tighten step is accomplished at the ending stage,through releasing the energy of flywheel.By the aid of the industrial control computer,the ... |
