用于高压天然气管道的粉尘检测装置

针对高压天然气管道内粉尘采样存在的问题,基于静压零位等速采样原理研制了一套检测方便、适用压力高、检测精度高的工业用天然气管道内粉尘检测装置。按照等速采样的瞬时压力零点平衡法,结合现场应用实践,检验了采样装置的密封和传动机构性能。现场应用表明,高压天然气管道粉尘检测装置具有性能稳定、采样精度高和操作方便等特点,可以应用于现场高压天然气管道的粉尘检测以及旋风分离器和过滤器的性能评价。

Application of dust detection device in high pressure natural gas pipeline

For the problems existing in the dust sampling inside the high pressure natural gas pipeline,a new type of industrial dust detection device characterized by convenient detection,high pressure adaptability and high detection precision is developed based on the static pressure zero isovelocity sampling principle.The sealing and drive mechanism performance of the sampling device are examined in accordance with the transient pressure zero balance method and in combination with the field practice.The field application shows that the new device features stable performance,high sampling precision and convenient operation and can be used for dust detection of high pressure natural gas pipeline and the performance evaluation of cyclone separator and filter.
