| 摘 要： | 探讨了影响轻质自流耐火浇注料流动性的主要因素：颗粒级配，粒径，超细粉等，通过复合使用硅灰与自制粘土质超细粉，解决了流动性与稳定性的矛盾。制备的轻质自流浇注料流动性好，物理力学性能与普通浇注料相同。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the factors that mainly influence flowability, such as particle grade, size and ultrafine powder.Contradiction of flowability and stabiliy has been resolvedby applying silica fume and self - made fine composite. Theprepared lightweight self - flow castable has good flow ability and maintains the same physicaI and mechanical properties as conventional castables have. |
