注塑机温度控制方法研究

摘    要:针对传统注塑机温控系统存在的超调量大、调节时间长等缺点,提出了变参数自调整的模糊比例积分(FUZZY-PI)控制器设计思路,阐述了该控制器的设计方法及温控系统的软硬件设计方法。通过仿真实验说明,该系统实现了精密注塑机料筒温度和喷嘴温度的准确控制,依此可以取代传统的开关控制及比例积分微分控制,大大提高塑料制品的质量。

Abstract:Aiming at the sortcomings such as large overshot,long regulation time in traditional injection moulding machine,a method of desighing variable elements self-adjustment FUZZY-PI controller was put forward.The design meghod of the controller and software and hardware of the temperature control system were expatiated.Emulational experiment results proved that this system actualized the nicety control of the material cylinder temperature and nozzle temperature,it could replace traditional switch control and PID control and improve of product quality greatly.
