炉排-流化床垃圾焚烧的热态试验研究

摘    要:利用1MW复合炉排垃圾焚烧试验装置进行了垃圾焚烧试验,在掺煤比〈20%条件下燃烧稳定。试验中测量了温度沿炉膛高度的分布,以及炉膛不同高度处烟气中的气体成分,并结合150t/d复合炉排循环流化床垃圾焚烧炉的运行数据,对炉膛内的温度和烟气中的污染物生成分布进行了简要分析。

Abstract:Municipal solid waste(MSW) incineration test has been carried out by using 1MW test facility of composite stoker MSW incineration, the combustion being stable under condition of coalmixing ratio<20%. In said test, the temperature distribution along the height of furnace, as well as gas composition in flue gas at different height of furnace, have been measured, and combining with operation data of 150t/d composite stokercirculating fluidized bed MSW incinerator, the temperature in furnace and distribution of pullutant production in flue gas have been briefly analysed.
