摘    要:二-(2-羟乙基)醚(俗称二甘醇)在甲苯中与偏硼酸酐反应得到偏硼酸三-(2-羟乙氧基-1-基)乙酯,再经氯化亚砜处理得到偏硼酸三-(2-氯乙氧基-1-基)乙酯,最后水解得到目标产物2-(2-氯乙氧基)乙醇。该工艺原料易得、操作简便、条件温和。最后总收率(以二甘醇计)达到68.3%。

Abstract:Metaboric acid tri-2- (2-chloroethoxy)ethanate has been synthesized through chlorination with SOCl2 of Tri-2- (2-hydroxyethoxy)ethanate, which was obtained from diethylene glycol and metaboric anhydride using toluene as the solvent, with SOCl2. The product 2-(2-chloroethoxy)ethanol can be obtained from tri-2-(2-chloroethoxy)ethanate through hydrolyzation. Easily obtainment of the raw material, convenient operation and mild conditions have been observed in this method. The total yield(based on diethylene glycol) is 68.3%.
