合成缩醛(酮)催化剂的研究

摘    要:综述了合成缩醛(酮)所用催化剂的主要种类,包括固体超强酸、杂多酸(聚苯胺掺杂杂多酸、活性炭负载杂多酸、二氧化钛负载杂多酸等)、分子筛、金属盐、质子酸改性高岭土、树脂,并简要介绍其催化性能。通过比较这几类催化剂发现,杂多酸、分子筛、树脂因性质稳定、可回收利用、催化产率高而有开发应用前景。

Abstract:The kinds of catalysts used in synthesis of acetal (ketal) were reviewed in this paper, included solid super- strong aicds, heteropolyaeids( polyaniline doped with heteropoly acids, heteropoly acids supported on active carbon, heteropoly acids supported on TiO2 ), molecular sieve, metal salts, proton acid modified alumminium flake, resin, and their properities were simply introduced. By comparison of these catalysts, it was found that heteropolyacids, molecular sieve, resin were excellent catalysts and had characteristics in better stablity, easy recyclizetion and high yield.
