| Abstract: | In this article,an analytic model has been given and the arch dam of Dongjiang River in Hunan Province is used to analyze the process of stage construction and impounding.This article also analyzes possibility and existing problems.At last the referential suggestion on the technique of stage construction has been put forward. |
