| 摘 要： | 探索了乙烯-丙烯酸锌离子聚合物Iotek7020熔体间歇发泡配方和工艺的基本过程.试验说明该种聚合物的熔体强度高,可承受很大的加工应力,可获得闭孔高发泡材料,泡体的拉伸强度和压缩强度、弯曲负荷与弯曲疲劳周期都超过其他通用材料的发泡体.该树脂适合连续挤出发泡工艺,但发泡定型的工艺装备是优良泡体成型的关键.

| Abstract: | Described the formula and processing of intermittent foaming of ethylene acrylic acid zinc ionomer Iotek 7020.Indicated that melt of the Ionomer be of high strength,can bear great processing stress,can get high foaming material with closed air hole.The physical properties of foamed material are beyond others as tensile strength,compressive strength,bend load and cycle of bending fatigue.It is suitable to extrude,but it is very important to control foaming body with setting pattern on equipment. |
