| Abstract: | With the overhaul project of the furnace shell of Baosteel No.2 blast furnace(4350m~3) as example,this article discuss the characteristic of modern large-sized blast furnace and the crucial technologies in cutting thick plates,forming,welding as well as fabrication of the tuyere gate area during manufacturing period. |
