板翅式换热器封头强度的有限元分析

运用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS6 .0对板翅式换热器封头的承载能力进行了极限分析 ,研究了同一壁厚下结构形式不同对封头极限载荷的影响。应用ASME锅炉和压力容器标准第 8卷第 2册中AD 14 0设计准则对在最大允许设计压力作用下的封头最大应力点进行了评定 ,得到了板翅式换热器不同结构形式封头相应的特点和应用范围 ,为板翅式换热器封头的设计提供了可行性方法和依据

Finite Element Analysis of the Head Strength of Plate-Fin Heat Exchangers

The limit analysis of the bearing capacity of the heads of plate fin heat exchangers was made, the influence of the heads with different structures and the same wall thicknesses on the limit loading of the heads was studied using ANSYS 6.0. The maximum stress point of the heads under maximum allowable design pressure was assessed using AD 140 Design Criteria in Division Ⅱ, Section Ⅲ, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The corresponding characteristics and application ranges of the heads of plate fin heatexchangers with different structures were obtained, the feasible methods and bases of the design of plate fin heat exchangers were given.
