纳米镀膜技术在印制电路板机械加工中的应用

摘    要:纳米技术可以对材料的物理特性进行本质上的改变,为工业界带来根本性的变革。纳米镀膜技术在国内印制电路板行业最近已经渐渐兴起,通过对铣刀、钻头进行镀膜,可以延长刀具的寿命,提高工作效率,同时还可以使得机械加工的综合成本大大下降。文章从原理上分析为何镀膜技术可以提高刀具的寿命,如何克服镀膜刀具在生产中遇到的问题,如何进行镀膜刀具的成本核算等等,这些对于镀膜刀具能否成功地得到应用都是至关重要的。通过这篇文章,希望可以为PCB业界带来新的工作思路和经验。
