| 摘 要： | 一种新型的半固化片无尘裁切机,该设备采用先进的红外加热技术,可使半固化片裁切刃口整齐、不掉粉、不发白、不烧焦,且能够自动封边,解决了传统机械裁切半固化片时带来的粉尘污染、玻璃丝掉落等困扰业界多年的问题;在裁切精度控制方面该设备采用伺服驱动技术,解决了传统剪切机高速状态下定长计量精度差的问题,提高了剪切机的定长计量精度。

| Abstract: | A new clean cutting machine for prepreg was introduced in this paper.The application of advanced infrared heating technology in prepreg cutting process can solve the problem of long plagued the industry such as:pp powder pollution,falling glass etc.The effect of automatical edge can be achieved easily,with neatly trimming,no powder faliling,no burning carbonization.Applying servo drive technology to controlling measurement accuracy greatly improved cutting accuracy. |
