摘    要:超超临界锅炉冷态启动时水冷壁容易产生超温,影响水冷壁管材的使用寿命。介绍了1 000 MW超超临界锅炉机组冷态启动时水冷壁的超温情况,通过对比玉环电厂4台锅炉多次冷态启动时的超温记录,分析超温原因。煤水比失调和水冷壁产生壁温偏差是水冷壁超温的2个主要原因。重点分析了造成煤水比失调的影响因素和引起水冷壁壁温偏差的原因。全炉热负荷值过大或水冷壁质量流速不足,造成了煤水比失调;局部热负荷值过大、流量偏差和吸热偏差造成了水冷壁的壁温偏差。针对水冷壁的超温特点,提出了超超临界锅炉冷态启动时水冷壁的壁温控制策略。
