摘    要:针对低压配电网络管理手段落后的现状,提出了基于通用分组无线业务(GPRS)无线数据通信技术的配电变压器监测和用电管理一体化解决方案。该系统以集数据采集、无功补偿和数据通信功能于一体的配电变压器监测和动态无功补偿装置为基础数据平台,基于GPRS无线数据通信网络构建通信平台,利用配电变压器监测基础数据扩展高级应用功能构建用电管理平台,实现线损分析、负荷预测和控制、电能质量服务等功能。现场应用实践表明,系统性能先进可靠,可有效促进供电部门管理水平和电网供电质量的提高及运行经济性。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a solution for distribution transformer monitoring and demand management integrated system based on GPRS. The system is composed of transformer monitoring and reactive-load compensation integrated equipment, GPRS wireless network communication monitoring and demand management subsystem. The transformer monitoring and reactive-load compensation integrated equipment constructs the basic data platform of the system. Advanced application functions of the demand subsystem are developed by utilizing the basic data, including line loss analysis, load control, and power quality service. The remarkable benefit to improve management and operation of electric power utility has been proven by practice.
