电厂过热汽温系统DMC-PID控制仿真研究

摘    要:应用DMC-PID串级控制策略对过热汽温系统进行了仿真研究。研究了动态矩阵控制(DMC)的预测模型及其性能指标和控制率,给出了过热汽温系统模型及其DMC-PID控制结构。该控制系统既保留了串级控制能够快速消除二次扰动的优点,且由于引入了DMC控制器,增强了系统的鲁棒性。仿真结果表明,这种汽温控制系统具有较好的控制品质。

Abstract:Emulation study on superheated steam temperature control system in thermal power plant has been carried out by using DMCPID cascade control, the prediction model of dynamic matrix control (DMC) and its characteristic indices and control rate being studied, the model of superheated steam temperature system and its DMCPID control structure being given. The said control system not only retains the merits of cascade control for rapidly eliminating the secondary disturbance, but also reinforces the robustness of the system due to introducing the DMC controller. Emulation results show that the said steam temperature control system to have better control quality.
