| Abstract: | This paper makes a summary of the research situation currently of power ultrasonic,and makes the brief analysis for the relevant application technology of the power ultrasonic technology;which key introduction is the research development of ultrasonic transducer and amplitude transformer,ultrasonic generator,transducer material,besides that,it also includes the new application for ultrasonic treatment,ultrasonic cleaning,ultrasonic motor,cavitations and son chemistry,ultrasonic therapy,sonic atomization and so on. |
