摘    要:针对配电网重构的多目标优化及方案决策问题,提出一种基于自适应多种群果蝇算法(AMFOA)并考虑主客观因素的多目标两级优化方法。第一级优化采用自适应多种群果蝇算法对网络结构进行迭代优化,通过协调不同指标得到一组帕累托非支配解。第二级优化引入AHP-CRITIC算法完成每个非支配解的主客观综合评价,结合TOPSIS法确定最优解。通过对IEEE 33节点系统进行仿真分析,验证了所提方法的有效性与高效性。结果表明运行优化方法能够改善配电网的多个运行指标,并为电网调度人员提供切合实际的决策方案。

Abstract:Aiming at multi-objective optimization and scheme decision of distribution network reconfiguration,this paper proposes a multi-objective two-level optimization method based on AMFOA considering subjective and objective comprehensive factors.In the first level,AMFOA is used to optimize the network structure iteratively,and a set of Pareto non-dominated solutions are obtained by coordinating different indexes.In the second level,AHP-CRITIC method is introduced to complete the subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation of each non-dominated solution,and TOPSIS method is used to determine the optimal solution.The simulation results of IEEE 33 bus system show that the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method is verified.The results show that the operation optimization method can be adopted to improve multiple operation indexes of distribution network and provide practical decision-making scheme for power grid dispatchers.
