摘    要:利用基因工程技术,将有选择地满足外源性目的DNA片段在体外连接到载体DNA之中,进行基因重组并转移到适当的受体细胞之中,在污染治理中可发挥重要的功能。在危险性化合物的技术降解已经得到应用。定向构建的超级工程菌则可用于固体废物堆埋场、污水处理厂、油库、地下输送管路以及海洋运输油轮的事故泄露对土壤、地下水以及海岸的污染修复等领域。还指出应注意基因工程在污染治理中的安全有效性,防止“基因流”带来“遗传污染”。

Abstract:Using gene engineering technique, a DNA fragment of foreign aim gene that satisfies human demands can be linked to carrier DNA, and then the gene recombination takes place. After that, they will be transferred to suitable cell of acceptor so that they can play an important role in the pollution prevention and control. Gene engineering has already been used to degrade dangerous compounds. The structured directionally supper engineering germs can be applied to pollution restoration of soil, groundwater and seacoast resulting from solid wastes landfill and store fields, sewage treatment plant, oil depot, underground transport pipes and maritime oil tanker disasters. It was pointed out that the safety and validity of gene engineering should be paid attention to in the pollution prevention and control so as to prevent gene flow bringing hereditary pollution in this paper.
