发电机转子材料分析

摘    要:通过对转子材料Ni-Cr-Mo-V钢和Cr-Mo钢的热处理工艺金相组织和力学性能比较分析,阐述了其在汽轮发电机上的不同作用及应用。经过不同淬火+高温回火的调质处理后,Cr-Mo系列钢(如34CrMo1A)淬透性虽较差,但此类材料的综合力学性能可满足中、小型发电机组的转子材料内用。Ni-Cr-Mo-V系列钢(如26NiCrMoV)细化晶粒和回火抗力作用大,有较高的强度和韧性,常用于较大载荷的大型发电机组转子材料。

Abstract:The effects and applications of Ni Cr Mo V and Cr Mo rotor materials in turbine generator are expounded by the analyses of their heat treatment techniques,metallographical structures and mechanics properties. After different quench and tempering treatments, although the quenching degree of Cr Mo steels, such as 34CrMo1A, is low, they can be applied in the rotors of medium and mini type generators because of their mechanics properties. Ni Cr Mo V steels, such as 26NiCrMoV115, have high strength and high toughness because of their fine grains and strong temper resistance. So they are often used in generator rotors that bear larger load.
