科研和实验用起重机的研究

摘    要:设计了一种研究、实验用的起重机模型,可以供研究者或学生在工业控制计算机上设置系统参数,进行起重机运行控制实验、载荷消摆研究。该实验装置由工业控制计算机控制、变频器调速、链轮链条传动。可以即时绘出运行曲线图、打印出实验数据。建设机械的自动控制已经处于起步阶段,该系统将为我省建设机械现代化提供方便条件。

Abstract:A model crane has been devised for researches and experiments. After setting parameters in the industry control computer, students and investigators can use the model crane to make crane function experiments and study the load anti sway?This equipment consists of industry control computer, transducer and machine institution of the model. It is able to draw moving curves and print experiment data simultaneously. These days, the development of the auto control of building machines is in his initial stages. And this equipment will provide conveniences for the modernization of building machine of my province.
