SERCOS Ⅱ在注塑机全电动设计中的应用

摘    要:针对传统注塑机在加工精度、加工效率上的不足,提出一种全电子注塑机的控制方案,介绍了基于SERCOSⅡ实时系统的运动控制方法,分析了实现注塑过程的高速高精度的硬件体系。在试验样机3个月的连续工作中,当周期循环时间为4ms,注射量最大达到80cm^3时,产品的成型周期能够控制在15s以内,注出产品的质量、精度均满足要求,表明该设计切实可行。

Abstract:In view of traditional csating machine in the processing precision, the processing efficiency insufficiency, proposed one kind of entire electronic operated casting machine control plan, introduced based on the SERCOS II real time system movement control method, analyzed the realization to cast the process the high speed high accuracy hardware system. In experiments prototypical for 3 month-long in the continuous workings, when the cycle time is 4 ms,the injection quantity most greatly achieved when 80 cm3. the forming cycle time of the product can be controled within 15s, the quaulity and precision can meet the requirement,indicated this design practical is feasible.
