| 摘 要： | 根据大规模定制生产对制造系统动态响应的要求，研究了大规模定制制造系统的模块化、结构形式以及控制结构等方面的关键技术。讨论了虚拟工厂技术在大规模定制制造系统规划中的应用，并给出了一个汽车装配线的虚拟工厂框架。

| Abstract: | Based on the requirement of dynamic reaction, key technologies for mass customization manufacturing systems, including modularity, flexible layout and material handling systems, and dynamic control strategy, are studied. The application of virtual factory in the design of mass customization manufacturing systems is discussed. A framework for a mass customization assembly line is given as an example. |
