探讨了在TMT公司产33H型假捻变形机上,以涤纶MOY和FDY作原料,用可编程控制器对零罗拉实施多段速变速控制,形成对丝条的不同时间的变速拉伸,开发黑彩多丽丝的工艺流程和生产工艺特点。对丝速、拉伸比、速比、假捻角、第一、二热箱温度、第二、三超喂、零罗拉速度控制等工艺参数进行了讨论。

Discussion on the production process of black composite low elastic yarn

The technological process and production process characteristics of black composite low elastic yarn developed by using the polyester MOY and FDY as raw material on the 33H false twisting textured machine produced by TMT Company were discussed.Multi-section variable speed control was carried out on the zero roller by the programmable logical controller so that the variable speed drawing in different time of the yarn be formed.The process parameters such as spinning speed,drawing ratio,speed ratio,false twist angle,the first and second heat-setting temperature,the second and third over feed and the zero roller speed control were discussed.
