摘    要:采用大田试验,在贵州平塘、独山和福泉烟区缺钼土壤上进行烤烟叶面喷施钼肥试验,研究钼对烟叶烘烤前期抗坏血酸(AsA)含量、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性和烤后烟叶质量的影响。结果表明,施钼能提高各试验点上部成熟烟叶AsA含量,且在烘烤前期(0~90 h内)烟叶AsA含量总体高于CK;使烟叶PPO活性明显降低,在烘烤前期(特别是0~42 h内)PPO活性明显低于CK;能改善烤后烟叶特别是上部叶化学成分的协调性;能提高烟叶含钼量以及烤后烟叶上等烟比例。

Abstract:In a field experiment,3 tobacco-grown regions(Pingtang county,Dushan county,and Fuquan city) were selected to study the effects of foliar application of molybdenum on ascorbic acid(AsA) content and polyphenol oxidase(PPO) activity during earlier curing stage and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves in different soils which lacked molybdenum.The results showed that molybdenum application could enhance AsA content in the upper mature tobacco leaves of different test sites,and AsA content was higher in treated...
