摘    要:将转录因子ERFⅣ家族基因TaERFL1构建在由组成型CaMV35S强启动子控制的双子叶转化载体pBI121上,通过农杆菌介导法将其转入烟草新华1号.以转TaERFL1基因烟草为材料,研究ERF因对烟草耐盐性的影响,并测定盐胁迫下转基因烟草的叶绿素含量.结果显示,在高盐胁迫下,TaERFL1基因的过表达促进了转基因烟草...

Abstract:TaERFL1, which belongs to ERF IV subfamily,was induced in wheat by abiotic and biotic stresses.Transgenic vector(pBI121::TaERFL1) was constructed, which contained CaMV35S promoter.Transgenic tobacco plants were obtained by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.Salt-tolerance and chlorophyll content in transgenic tobacco plant were investigated.Results showed that overexpression of TaERFL1 promoted the development of roots and growth of plants,and increased chlorophyll content under salt environments.Overexp...
