既有建筑改造的绿色实践

在中国城市化进程中，由于交通条件改善，区位的提升，产业结构调整，原有建筑需要转化使用功能，为适应这种转变，原有建筑面临着形式、热工性能和设备等方面改造。本项目是一个南方实际的既有建筑改造绿色实践项目，将在既有建筑改造中实现资源的实现循环利用，将绿色建筑技术有机运用干既有建筑改造中。本文即是对这些绿色技术实践内容介绍，相信此文对其他绿色建筑的实践定会有所裨益。
