基于Pro/E和ADAMS的直线振动筛动力学仿真

摘    要:基于达朗伯原理建立直线振动筛动力学模型,并求解其响应。利用Pro/E建立其实体模型,导入多刚体动力学软件ADAMS,建立虚拟样机模型。对直线振动筛虚拟样机进行运动仿真分析,获得其位移、速度、运动轨迹等信息,为新产品的开发提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The kinetics model of linear vibrating screen is established based on Alembert principle,and its response is solved. The virtual prototype model is established through the physical screen model to be established by the use of Pro/E and to import Multi-body dynamics software ADAMS. The displacement,velocity,trajectory and other information of the screen are obtained by dynamics simulations to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new product.
