| 摘 要： | 介绍用高效率的涂覆磨具磨削去除变速箱圆柱面上凸出环带铝合金渣包口及飞边的工艺方法和装置设计。该工艺和设备的突出特点在于磨头主轴与工件轴线呈垂直布置。实践表明，生产效率高、加工质量好、工具成本低。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the techniques and equipment that wipe off the aluminum alloy residue of wrap on transmission case's top. The trait of the technique and the equipment is that the axis of the grinding head and the axes of the workpiece are perpendicular disposed. The technique and the equipment has evident advantage in improving quality and reducing working intensity. |
