| 摘 要： | 电机转轴加工质量检测与控制系统，可实现电机转轴轴承档直径的自动检测，然后通过与计算机连接，实现数据的实时采集，最后利用休哈特控制图及工序能力指数等统计过程控制工具，实现电机转轴加工工序的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Taking the manufacturing process of the electric motor shaft in XX motor factory as researeh objeet, and applying auto-micasurement technique, computer technology and SPC （Statistical Process Control）, the paper designed and developed a system of electric motor shafi processing quality detection and control. The system would adopt automatic measurement instrument to get the diameler, which would influence the fit of the shaft and the bearing. Then by connecting to the computer, the deteetion data could be saved in the datahase. At lasl shewhart control chart and process capability index would be used for the quality control of the electric motor shaft manufacturing process. |
