| 摘 要： | IPTV作为电信转型产品，将围绕提升宽带价值，促进宽带业务发展为目标。文章从IPTV业务的特点展开讨论，探讨IPT业务对承载网基本要求，以及现有承载网存在的问题，并对IPTV与承载网同步建设提出了优化改造方案。

| Abstract: | As one product of China Telecom's transition,the target of IPTV will be promoting the broadband value and the broadband services.Beginning with the discussion on the characteristics of the IPTV services,the paper expounds the basic demands of the IPTV services to the carrier network,the existing problems of the current carrier network and puts forward the optimization scheme of the synchronous construction of IPTV and carrier network. |
