| 摘 要： | 新型抗磨铸钢含碳量较高、淬硬性强，焊接接头易出现冷裂纹。试验以“冷焊”为基础．选用碱性低氢型焊条．施焊过程中控制层间温度在250～300℃，焊后缓冷并消氢处理．克服了“冷裂”问题，获得了该钢与20钢的冷态焊接工艺，在此工艺下的接头力学性能良好。
