| 摘 要： | 由于地理位置的限制,目前三亚电网公司各乡镇营业所只能通过电信外线电话或租用电信的2 M VLAN网络与公司进行通信,而且费用过高.在介绍了三亚公司现状的基础上,分析了VOIP实现原理及关键技术,提出了软交换IP语音电话解决方案.该方案通过租用电信的VLAN网络,利用VoIP技术实现H20-20程控交换机的扩客,解决了5个乡镇供电营业所拨打系统内电话免费的问题.

| Abstract: | Instead of using optic fiber cables,the communication from Sanya Power Supply Company to its township business offices is realized by telephone lines and 2 M VLAN network leased from China Telecom.This paper introduces the current situation in Sanya Power Supply Company,discusses VoIP and other key technologies and puts forward a soft switch IP voice phone solution.In this solution,by leasing VLAN network from China Telecom and using VoIP technology to expand Harris20-20 stored program control exchange,five township business offices of Sanya Power Supply Company can make the phone calls within power telecommunication system free of charge. |
