龙滩大坝碾压混凝土的温控与防裂关键技术

摘    要:龙滩碾压混凝土大坝工程除了采用常规的温控措施外,还采取了合理选择混凝土施工配合比和原材料,合理选择坝段长度,根据温控计算成果进行分区冷却,上游面布设防裂钢筋网,使用新型喷雾机改善仓面小环境等一系列措施,解决了碾压混凝土的温控和防裂问题。龙滩大坝施工至今,未发现任何危害性裂缝,为碾压混凝土高坝建设积累了经验。

Abstract:In addition to the adoption of conventional measures of temperature control, the Longtan RCC dam also take a series measures to solve the issues of temperature control and anti.crack of RCC, such as a reasonable selection of concrete mix and raw materials; a reasonable choice of dam section length, Cooling by zones according to the results of calculation of temperature control,anti-crack reinforced net set in the upstream dam surface,the use of new sprayer to improve the micro-environment of construction suxface.Since its dam construction,no dangerous crack has been found,which accumulates exprience for the construction of high Rcc dam.
