| Abstract: | The hotel management major must carry on the accurate specialized localization based on the profession characteristic and the request,so as to guarantee that the important status of practical teaching in raising the hotel managerial talent.Through teaching practices,we can proposed the measure about strengthening the hotel management specialized practical teaching according to the question and its reason's analysis which exists in he teaching. |
