摘    要:铸件变形是消失模铸造最常见的缺陷之一,人们在一定的控制条件下,在工艺方面对它进行大量的应用性研究,铸件变形影响因素包括模型,浇注工艺以冷却时间等,其中模型是主要影响因素,它的变形导致铸件变形约占80%左右,因此对模型的变形研究具有重的现实意义,模型(EPS)材料是属于高分子多孔性材料,在消失模铸造模型成型,涂料涂挂,造型过程中,在力的作用下可能发生变形,运用流变学理论与研究方法,利用自制的蠕变性能

Abstract:Deformation defect is one of well known major defects in EPC. Based on the controlling condition, a systematic investigation is made on EPC process. Some factors affecting casting deformation include patterns, cooling time and pouring process.The statistical analysis confirms the major influence is of patterns, accounting for 80% of casting deformation. Based on applying the theory and studying methods of rheology, a quantitative investigation is made on EPC patterns using instrument made in self. It has been found that rheological compressing model should belong to a five component model and the build up of stress stain primary equation in various densities and temperature. The above mentioned work offers the mechanical parameter and scientific basis that help to prevent deformation of casting as well as lay a good foundation for future computerized simulation.
