摘    要:行波管放大器的幅度非线性和相位非线性效应会引起信号的失真,必须对放大器进行线性化处理,而基于直接映射查表的预失真非线性校正方法简单而有效.提出了基于矢量量化的自适应预失真非线性校正方法,对直接查表法进行了改进,不仅在保证校正精度的同时降低了存储量,还可以用于不同量化位数的输入信号,具有很强的灵活性.

Abstract:The TWT amplifier exhibits nonlinear distortions in both amplitude(AM/AM) and phase(AM/PM), which can lead to signal distortion. So linearization technique is needed for amplifiers. Among a lot of techniques proposed, the pre-distorter based on direct maping is simple and effective. Based on the vector quantization technique, this paper impves the "direct mapping pre-distorter," presents a new adaptive predistorion technique for compensating for nonlinear distortions. Compared with the "direct mapping pre-distorter," this technique not only can decrease memory while maintaining compensation precision, but also can be aplied to input signals with different quantization bits, thus resulting in a great flexibility.
