摘    要:以我院研制的分散染料常压可染共聚酯改性涤纶(EDDP)与羊毛的混纺织物对象,研究了E型分散染料在羊毛/EDDP混纺织物上的染色性能,特别对分散染料在羊毛上的沾色作了定量分析。在得出分散蓝2BLN对不同比例的羊毛/EDDP织物在不同温度下的染度的同时,区分出染料在羊毛和涤纶上各点的分量。在本实验条件下,发现染料在羊毛上有相当数量的沾色,而且很牢固,很难剥除。为此,作从分散剂的分子结构及羞毛分子与染

Abstract:The dyeability of Wool/EDDP(easy disperse dyeable polyester under normalpressure) blend fabrics was studied;some quantitative analyses about the stain on woolwere made. The exhaution rate was got at different dyeing temperatures and differentratios of wool to EDDP, meanwhile the dye amount on wool and EDDP was acquired.At the existent condition ,the stain on wool was considerable ,stable and very hard tostripe. The writers analysed these phenomenons through the interaction among the N-NO,wool and the dye molecule .NNO was considered as a"bridge" between the disperse dyeand the wool molecule.
