牵引变电所新型电能质量调节器的研究

摘    要:提出了一种牵引变电所新型电能质量调节器的拓扑结构和原理。其特点是:电能质量调节器的补偿对象是变电所,而不是变电所的一个供电臂;将电压型三相变流器应用到牵引电网的两相电路中,通过变流器的直流环节沟通牵引电网上、下行供电臂,从整体上调节牵引变电所的电能质量;在补偿无功功率和谐波电流的同时,调节两供电臂的有功电流,使变电所达到负载平衡状态,达到补偿负序电流的目的。仿真结果验证了该电能质量调节器的可行性。

Abstract:A new kind of traction substation power quality compensator is introduced in this paper, its construction and operating principle have some novel features: 1) The compensating object is not one of the feeders but the traction substation itself. 2) A three phase voltage type converter is used in two phase circuit of the traction power systems. The DC segments of power quality compensator connect the two feeders indirectly, thus the power quality of traction substation can be regulated integrally. 3) By regulating the active power currents of two feeders, the traction substation will be in a balance load status when the power quality compensator is compensating the reactive power and harmonic currents. So the negative sequence currents are canceled. The feasibility of the power quality compensator is proved by simulation result.
