| 摘 要： | 我国全面建设小康社会的经济发展与能源需求密切相关。虽然目前对能源需求的预测结果不尽相同,但总体上看我国能源需求将进入新的增长阶段。未来我国能源发展的挑战与机遇并存,只有采取切实可行的措施,创造实现能源消费弹性系数0．5左右所必须具备的条件,才能有望在2020年实现能源翻一番保证国民生产总值翻两番的目标。

| Abstract: | China' s economic development with overall building of well-to-do society as the goal is closely relevant to energy demand. Although prediction results of energy demand are not identical, but overall, China' s energy demand will enter into a new growth stage. There are both opportunities and challenges facing China' s energy development. Only taking practical measures to create necessary condition to set elastic coefficient of energy consumption at 0. 5 or so can China double its energy in 2020 so as to guarantee the goal of quadrupled GDP. |
