超声波对化学镀Ni-P非晶态合金性能的影响

摘    要:本文研究了超声波对化学镀Ni-P非晶态合金的镀速,磷含量,显微硬度及孔隙率的影响.结果表明:超声波可显著地提高化学镀Ni-P合金的镀速,降低合金中磷含量,提高镀层的显微硬度,明显地降低镀层的孔隙率.

Abstract:The influence of ultrasonic field on the deposition rate, phosphoruscontent, microhardness and porosity of Ni-P alloy coatings has been studied. The resultsshowed that the ultrasonic field could enhance the deposition rate, decrease the phosphorus content and the porosity, and also, could increase the microhardness of alloy coatings.
