摘    要:钢轨平直度检测仪,可同时测量钢轨的垂直和水平两个方向的平顺度情况,是高速铁路钢轨检测、维护中的关键设备之一。利用先进的激光非接触测量技术、步进电机驱动和嵌入式技术,成功设计开发了一款新式钢轨平直度测量仪。与传统的钢轨平直度测量仪相比,功能更加完善,测量精度更加精确。

Abstract:Using the steel rail straightness measuring instrument, we can measure two sides of the steel rail straightness, including vertical direction and horizontal direction, it is one of the key equipments in steel rail measuring and maintenance. Depend on series of advanced techniques, for examples, laser non contact measurement technique, stepping motor drive technology and embedded technology and so on, one kind of new modern sophisticated steel rail straightness measuring instrument has been developed. Compared with the traditional rail Straightness measuring instrument, the function is more perfect and the measuring precision is more accurate。
