| Abstract: | A deformed U_shaped part with a bulging boss was taken as an object. The structure characteristics of the component were introduced. Its technological property forming by punching was analyzed in detail, and the aspects to be concerned in designing the structure of the bulging die, the bending dies and the secondary bending die were point out. |
