摘    要:天然气管线常受到人为因素,应力、腐蚀介质与杂质的影响,致使管线发生失效,直接影响着天然气管线的可靠性和使用寿命。文章对引起管线发生失效的各个因素进行系统分析,建立以天然气管线失效为顶事件的天然气管线失效故障树。通过对天然气管线故障树的分析,得到了故障树的各阶最小割集,影响天然气管线发生失效的主要因素为人为破坏、严重腐蚀和管线缺陷,并提出了相应的措施以提高天然气管线可靠性。

Abstract:Natural gas pipeline often comes under the influence of human factor, stress, corrosive medium and impurity, thus causing the pipeline to be failed, which directly affects the reliability and lifetime of the natural gas pipeline. Various factors causing the pipeline to be failed are systematically analyzed and a fault tree of natural gas pipeline failure, that takes the gas pipeline failure as the top event, is set up in the paper. Through the fault tree analysis of natural gas pipeline, the minimum cut set of each order of the fault tree is obtained, it is found that the major factors causing the pipeline to be failed are artificial destruction, serious corrosion and pipeline defect, and relevant measures of raising the reliability of the gas pipeline are proposed by the authors.
