| 摘 要： | 在明确了城市土地收购储备及整治成本由土地取得费、土地整治开发费、管理费、贷款利息、规划设计费等费用构成的基础上,分别讨论了各种费用的影响因素,最后分析了各种费用的控制途径和措施,对加强土地收购储备及整治成本的研究具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The purchasing,reserving & renovating cost for city land that are consist of land obtainning fee,land renovating fee,management fee,loan interest and planning & designing fee is analysed firstly,then the influencing elements of all fee are discussed,finally the cotrolling ways of all fee are analysed,it has a guild means to the research of strengthening the reserve of soil purchase and the regulating costs. |
