| 摘 要： | 目的观察润尔乐滴眼液对翼状胬肉术后角膜上皮愈合不良的治疗效果。方法随机将48例翼状胬肉术后角膜上皮愈合不良患者分为2组,一组给予人工泪液滴眼,另一组给予润尔乐滴眼液滴眼,分别观察2组患者角膜上皮的修复情况。结果使用润尔乐滴眼液组临床症状缓解迅速,角膜上皮修复良好。结论对翼状胬肉术后角膜上皮愈合不良的患者使用润尔乐滴眼液滴眼,可以较好地缓解眼部刺激症状,并能有效地促进角膜上皮修复。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Frecoseryl Eye Drop in treating the bad healing of corneal epithelium after operation of pterygium.Methods Forty-eight patients with bad healing of corneal epithe-lium after operation of pterygium were randomly divided into two groups of one group with artificial tears and another with Frecoseryl Eye Drop.The recovery of corneal epithelium was evaluated respectively.Results The group with Frecoseryl Eye Drop alleviated clinical symptom rapidly and corneal epithelium was restored well.Conclusion Frecoseryl Eye Drop for treating the bad healing of corneal epithelium after operation of pterygium can alleviate ocular irritation and effectively promote the recovery of corneal epithelium. |
