摘    要:针对 6 0 0MW机组一级减温系统调节品质不好 ,导致汽温波动较大且经常造成管屏超温 ,影响协调投入效果等问题 ,对一级减温控制系统进行了改进 ,并采取一系列措施对影响汽温波动的制粉系统和风量调节系统进行了改造 ,提高了系统的经济性和运行安全性

Abstract:This article analysis the problem of disqualified steam control of the primary de-superheater. It may result in the deviation of the steam temperature and excess temperature of the panel tubes, moreover, it affects the input adjustment efficiency of the temperature control. A practical method is introduced to improve the structure of the de-superheater and a serial of measures are adopted to improve the pulverized coal system and air control system which affect the temperature deviation. This can indeed improve the economic characteristic and the safety of the system.
