摘    要:讨论了渐变刚度钢板弹簧的载荷、变形量、刚度和应力的计算,建立了少片渐变刚度钢板弹簧的优化数学模型,利用MATLAB优化工具箱进行优化,并给出了计算实例。

Abstract:The calculation formulas for the load, deformation rate and stress of variable rate leaf spring was discussed.The mathematical model of optimum design for this type of leaf spring was introduced.In this model,the spring was optimized by means of MATLAB optimization toolbox.One engineering example was given,and the precise result was acquired.
