摘    要:以总硬为297.7mg/L、总碱为191.6mg/L的地下水作为循环冷却水的补充水,在浓缩倍数为4.0~4.2,pH值为8.2~8.6时,采用主要组分为HEDP(5mg/L),PBTCA(3mg/L),AA/HPA(10mg/L)的配方,现场运行结果表明,监测换热器碳钢管的腐蚀速率小于0.075mm/a,污垢沉积速率约为10mcm。

Abstract:The underground water whose hardness is 297.7 mg/L and alkalinity is 191.6 mg/L was used as make up water for circulating cooling water. When the enrichment factor was 4.0 ~ 4.2 and the pH value was 8.2 ~ 8.6, a formula mainly consisting of HEDP(5 mg/L), PBTCA(3 mg/L) and AA/HPA(10 mg/L) was used. The results of the operation on the site showed that the corrosion rate of the carbon steel tubes of the heat exchanger in the test was < 0.075 mm/a and the depositing rate was about 10 mcm.
