摘    要:开发研究一种以高炉渣为主要包膜原料生产缓释氮肥的工艺技术方法。首先对高炉渣中的重金属含量及植物营养元素的枸溶性进行分析,研究高炉渣在农业上应用的可行性。并采用流化床包膜机制得高炉渣包膜缓释氮肥,对缓释氮肥进行水溶率测定和微观形貌特征分析。研究结果表明:高炉渣缓释氮肥氮的质量分数为41%,缓释氮肥的初期水溶率为3.69%,7天的累计水溶率为7.02%,35天的累计水溶率为35.33%,微分水溶率为0.93%,具有较好的延缓氮素养分释放的功能。因此,实验制得的高炉渣包膜缓释氮肥是一种含多种植物营养元素的缓释肥料。

Abstract:One kind of slow release fertilizer used blast furnace slag as the main coated material was researched. First, the content of heavy metal concent and solubility in citric acid of plant nutrient elements in blast furnace slag is analyzed so as to reserach the feasibility of its application in agriculture. Then used the fluidized coating mechanism to produce the blast furnace slag coated slow release nitrogen fertilizer, analyzed the water solubility and the micro- structure of slow release nitrogen fertilizer. The results show that the nitrogen content of blast furnace slag coated slow release nitrogen fertilizer(mass fraction) was 41%, the initial water dissolution rate of slow release nitrogen fertilizer was 3.69%, the 7 day cumulative water dissolution rate was 7.02 ~/0, the 35 day cumulative water dissolu- tion rate was 35.33 ~, th~ differential water dissolution rate was 0.93 %, has good delay release function of nitrogen fertilizer. Therefore, the blast furnace slag coated slow release nitrogen fertilizer obtained by experiment is a slow release fertilizer containing variety of plant nutrients.
